Can we file case for maintenance of children against husband

I am hindu Wife and children are residing with me and I am taking care of them can they file a case for maint us 125
yes, you can file for maintenance of children, you can ask for there day to day expenses and there education fees, and also their medical expenses if any. As per section 125 Cr.P.C every man has to maintain his wife and children.

The children are minor and hence you should file a case and not them. As they are minor they cannot file a case, you shall have to file the case. Incase they are major they cannot ask for maintenance .
