Can unmarried third party can file case against married man for affair

If a married man had affair and sexual relationships (with both’s consent)with an unmarried girl without telling her about his marriage then after that man tells the girl that he is and was married during their relationship.Can that girl file complaint/case against that man? Can that girl threaten the man that he has hidden about his marriage when they both were getting physical?

Dear Sir, it is immoral and illegal. She may lodge complaint for cheating and rape. Get her married to some other person itherwise person will be in dangerous situation. Better to pay sufficient compensation and close the relationship for ever.

What's that man has done is a wrong towards that unmarried girl with whom he developed and physical relationship. if he had developed that relationship and offline her consent on the Assurance of marrying her he will be guilty of cheating. certainly that girl has a right to file idhar a complaint or a case against him.
