Can the husband divorce wife who is willing to make the marriage work

If the wife admits to committing an adultery in Hindu marriage act and agrees to see councilor and tries to make the marriage work can the husband still divorce her. Between her admittance and till councilor had been sought many changes to reconcile are required by both. In between the husband has made her write to all her actions on plain paper does that hold value in court. To seek his forgiveness and to seek council she was forced to write on paper that her husband gets children and all assets is it valid and is it not torture? But in this period they are sexually active. Friends and family have noticed her sacrifices to make her marriage work however no way to satisfy husbands expectations

For husband he can file for divorce and contest the same on grounds of adultery but at the same time the wife can contest and get success in getting the petition rejected .

As the question framed is very shortly framed really elaboration is essential for the right conclusion, as my understanding, in this case,
petitioner using benefits of Indian penal code with Hindu marriage act
as per section 13(a) he is using benefits of adultery for divorce purpose,
but at the same time he is doing against section 9 of Hindu law about the conjugal rights, he is still enjoying these rights it shows he is not willing to give divorce, but as he taken written statement from the wife by which he can take legal action against her friend who is responsible for adultery as per section 497 of Indian penal code in which he can be punished up to five years jail, but proving is also difficult.I can guide better if I get minimum information like as age group of Mr, and Mrs.ages of children etc.kindly rate me if like my opinion, don't hesitate for further opinion. don't worry all will be ok
