Can sec 377 be imposed on husband ?

Hi, Can a husband be charged u/s 377 ? If yes, can it be quashed easily through sec 375 ?

Generally, in FIR , it is seen allegation of 377 is written without any logic and facts, supreme court has directed the investigation officer to consider the situation in metrimonial aspects and file the charge sheet ,since then 377 is omitted in most of the cases.

ji han bilkul Lagaya Ja sakta hai lekin pati patni Mein yah Lagu Nahin hota hai isliye FIR main 377 unnatural sex lag Jaega Lekin chargesheet Mein remove ho jaega Jyada Jankari ke liye aap mujhe call kar sakte hain
