Can RCR be withdrawn without the consent of Respondent

Hie, nMy husband has filed RCR and I have filed DV. nIn RCR, counselling is completed and report is not settled. nMy question is, If my husband wishes to withdraw RCR and filed Divorce , can he withdraw the case without my consent?? as he is the petitioner.Or my consent will be require?

If he wants to withdraw the RCR, then your consent is not at all required, Dear. As far as Divorce is concerned, for that too, he doesn't require your consent. He can file for a Contested form of Divorce

if the matter is not settled in rcr counselling then the matter for divorce will take place by the way of contestants on the prayer of the parties so will have to wait till the next scheduled hearing where it can be prayed
