Can police file case with combination of 354 and 498a IPC

Sir, can police filed case of 354 ipc with 498a ipc?
Hi, generally 354 IPC do not go with 498A but it is not practically impossible. 498a is against husband and his family members. So if the husband's brother outrages the modesty of wife then the section attracts. Need to see the FIR for more advice.
