Can one file for divorce after 10 months of marriage?

After 2months of marriage she started froce me to live seprate i deined many time after that she put false case against my father 354 and my father get AB from highcourt and after that she two time put false dowery case in women cell.Now her family telling me to live seprate then only she takes case return ..and now i dont want to live with her anymore . I m doing job in merchant navy.i m on contract base job not fixed.My 9 months salary almost 6 to 7 lakhs .but i m not in permentant job.can i go for divorce .
Its depends upon weather you want divorce or not .... if you dont have any child then it will be easy to get divorce on this stage ... if you both mutually agreed to divorce then you can file a case under 13B it ill take 6 month to get divorce and you have to come to court only 2 times ... on the other side if you file case its depends upon the court weather court satisfied from your evidence...
