Can NRI husband who is a narcissist manipulator get baby visitation

I applied for divorce(Hindu) on cruelty grounds. I was tortured mentally, not taken care of while I was diagnosed with high risk pregnancy. Husband is NRI he kept unwanted quarrel among me and in laws. He is narcissist. They are acting as if they have rights on baby girl (1yr). He give no maintenence. How will he get custody/visitation? I dont want to. I am afraid they will manipulate her.

As per Indian law custody of a child less than 5 years old is always with the mother. so you don't need to worry on the custody side. As far as visitation rights are concerned, the courts here in India are governed by the welfare of the child. If you can show in the court that the visiting him won't be in the best interest of the child, then the court may not provide him even the visitation rights.
