Can my wife file a writ petition in HC against Police in another state

NBW is issued against me in my wife's maintenance case but I managed the police in my area so they wont arrest me. My wife got order in Hyderabad. Can she file a writ petition in Telangana HC against Bangalore PS to execute the warrant speedily?
