yes the doors of revision is always open to the aggrieved party provided the lower court committed some error in adjudging the claim of maintenance. it is advisable to keep in mind the period of limitation though.

Absolutely. Either party who disagree with the order of the court can approch the higher court and after consideration the court may allow the prayer of the petitioner or may reject it and other party aslo will be able to defend his/her case before the court.

My first query is what is the employment status of the wife? There after I can assist you with proper guidance weather the interim maintenance petition gets regrets or not based on few judgements and proper detailing information is required for proper guidance towards you for ends of justice.
