Can My visa Application get reject while there is a distress warrant

Hi nI am currently in KSA nMy wife file a false DV case against me and court grant her intrim maintenance.I dont have money to pay right now and therefore court issued distress warrnat against me and also as this is a false case i really not willing to pay atleast till judgement comesMy question is : can i get my visa renew from here because its due in 3 months or it will get rejected due to distress warrant
As the Distress Warrant has already been issued against you, so if the recovery of the arrears of the Maintenance amount which you are ought to pay, may not be recovered from selling your moveable properties, you will be asked to repay the arrears of the Maintenance amount to comply with the Interim Order of Maintenance, if you won't be able to pay, arrest warrant may be issued and it may affect your chances of going abroad too, as you may not get a Visa
