Can mutual divorce can be challenged in future

After taking divorce can my husband challange the mutual divorce or claim the child Custody on what factors it could be possible?

Yes your husband can claim the child custody if you are not able to maintain your children education and their basic needs. Moreover he has a right to file a Custody case in the court against you and hold the child custody

mutual divorce can only be challenged on the ground if the consent of either party was taken under coercion. custody of child can be taken if there is a change in circumstance werein it is in the best interest of the child that custody should be given to the other parent.

Yes he can go in appeal within a limited period and after divorce u need to wait for 90 days to remarry ! There are limited grounds for appeal and it’s very difficult to win such cases! There is a limitation act to it too !
