Can Mutual Divorce be filled online as I do not want people to know

hi im a housewife from nashik i have two children im hindu n mybis love cum arrange marriage but now i feel i should get seprated from my husband n i want my kids to be with me my kids are three n a half year old boy n thirteen months girl i want it by mutual conset i dont eant society to know about it can we get divorce paper online whats d process to keep it confidencial bcos if i step out n meet any lawyer every one knows my family news will spread like wild fire an my both familys are from nashik mothers side n inlaws
online divorce petition may be filed in some exceptional circumstances...but your case does not seem suitable for that. first of all for getting divorce by way of mutual consent,both the parties should be ready.you are not clear on that point.You may get the custody of the children.Rest things needs to be work out.

Ask your husband to complete formalities with respect to lawyer as it is by mutual consent one lawyer is enough. Also keep in mind you have to stay seperately for a period of one year to file mutual consent. Rest the appointed lawyer will guide you.
