Can meeting a guy at inappropriate time result in adultery?

Husband inflicted DOMESTIC VIOLENCE on wife for nearly 13 years of marriage. Wife while under stress due to threatening phone calls from husband , sought help from boss of husband while the latter was not at home.Husband termed intervention, ie visit of his Boss late at night, as an act of adultery & has filed Divorce case under Sec 13 of HMA alleging Adultery by his wife with his Boss. Question is CAN ADULTERY BE PROVED BY MERE VISIT OF A PERSON AT AN INAPPRORIATE TIME, WHEN THE HUSBAND HAS A PROVEN HISTORY OF INFLICTING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND WIFE HAS LODGED COMPLAINT OF BEING A VICTIM OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE TWO MONTHS BEFORE FILING OF DIVORCE PETITION BY HUSBAND.
Living in adultery means it should be a continuous act of leading that life only a visit of boss doesn't mean that you are indulged in adultery but you have explain visit was for help due domestic violence of your husband

No this is absolutely not tearmed as Adultery so this ill not impact on any litigation pending between parties .... to proove adultery there must be sexual intercourse between them..mere meeting with any person not termed as Adultery

Dear if some body is coming to your house for your help even at night is not an adultery, secondly it is very difficult to prove adultery in the court , the person should have very solid proofs to show before the court, so in your case there is no need to worry, if needed your husband's bass can give his statement in your favour in the court .
