Can married ma be in a Live in relationship with divorced woman

Hello,
I am married but separated for 8 months and I want a divorce due to some issues. But my wife is denying to give a divorce.
I no longer trust her as my wife.
Can I be in a living relationship with unmarried/divorced woman who is willingly aggreing to live with me without any legal binding as she knows my wife is denying for a divorce?
In this case, can my wife or her family take any legal action against me?
