Can maintenance be given also after divorce?

husband filed divorce in 2015 n i got maintence every month of 10 k .Now want to know if i agree for divorce will i get alimony amount m working also.

If you want to get divorce, then ask for one lump sum amount and put that in your settlement agreement.
After that file a mutual divorce.
You won't get monthly payment after you get one final amount.

Divorce is something different and maintenance/alimony is different. Both runs perpendicular to each other. No issue or anything will hamper to you alimony. In case you get divorce too you alimony will not stop till you remarry.

You got maintenance amount as the divorce suit was pending and the Court may have ordered for it. However, as far as alimony is considered it depends upon your income and your husband's income. If you earn more than your husband then the Court will have to decide if the alimony should be paid or no if you want any further assistance then you call me.
