Can insurance amount be part of Children Maintenance

Can insurance amount paid towards benefit of children be considered as expense towards children and offset maintenance amount? I am more than happy to give an undertaking to Court that the insurance will not be discontinued and all monies will only be used for children expenses.

Dear Client, Received your query and be precise of question asked, is there any court pending? please be very specific of concern if against the insurance agreement you have signed up, also if any clause objecting the concern you are into. there won't be option if the money is utilised for the right benifit of the child rather becomes insurance as for life. hope this helps you ny clarification contact me.
