Can I transfer the 498A and maintenance case to another state?

I have lodged a 498A and maintenance case in my hometown against my husband in 2011. and those are still pending. Can I transfer the case to other state ? As my husband is working in Bangalore so can I want to transfer the case to Bangalore. Please advice. It is a per Hindu customs and law.
Yes approach high court of your state by filing appropriate petition for transfer along with entire petition with certified copy and get it done so u have provision and transfer it to bangalore and get ur work done

You can definitely seek transfer of the cases . But then you have to satisfy the Apex Court as to why it was filed in your place and why are you seeking transfer after 6 years. Transfer of any case is mainly on the ground of hardship. You have to make out a case of hardship.
