Can I transfer divorce case to a different city

i want to transfer the divorce case from Ranchi to Mumbai as i have no financial means to travel to ranchi.

Yes you may transfer the case.
But only the supreme court has the jurisdiction to given a transfer order, ie to transfer your case from Ranchi to Mumbai. There quite a few legal technicalities for the same.
