Can I take fraud as a valid ground for divorce?

I have filed dowry, dv n maintenance case against my husband. I hv a daughter.During these cases i came to know that my husband is a big fraud. He is using fake degree.I hav proofs for that. Acc to hindu marriage act can i file divorce against him on these grounds. Will i get any alumni and compensation for me n my child.

NO - His false and fake degrees does not affect your life as a wife in any way - if he has been working and taking care of you and your daughter during your good times - his fake documents have nothing to do with this relationship.

Yes both will get maintenance,you and your child.we can file criminal complaint under sec 125 croc to get maintenance further we can file a seprate case for divorce on that ground also on these grounds
