Can I Stage Vakalathnama Any Stage ?

Can we change vakalthnama in middle of case if I find my advocate helping opposite party directly or indirectly to get favours from opposite party .What will happen to my fees paid at that stage .
you can change your lawyer at any stage of the case. this is your right that which lawyer you want for your case . fee paid to previous lawyer is matter of your understanding with that lawyer but you can change your lawyer.

If u have any apprehension regarding Advocate ..u can change your advocate any time by intimating your previous advocate …then with new advocate u can sign new vakalatnama..your fee paid to advocate will not be refunded if there is no such terms n condition bcoz u r withdrawing not him

you should not assume that your lawyer has colluded with the other side. unless you have proof of it, there is no point alleging. nevertheless, you have the right to get vakalatnama filed at any stage of the proceedings, unless it seems to be a tactic to delay the proceedings and the court takes such adverse inference against you.
