Can I Quash FIR under 482crpc in high court

Hi Sir,498a IPC SEC 3,4 DP ACT,406 IPC false cases are filed against me and my mother and brother.. cases are filed in hyderabad,our conjugal home was Tirupathi(A.P.).my mother and brother are staying in Bangalore.. Can I Quash the FIR under 482 crpc in high court.in charge sheet they put all fake allegations on me and my family..we can prove that all are fake allegations,we have some proofs according to chargesheet

hi yes you could file quash petition in high court questioning the FIR and charge sheet and after going through allegations and then you could file petition in the court that all those allegations are false and fake
