Can I Quash FIR under 482crpc in high court

Hi Sir,498a IPC SEC 3,4 DP ACT,406 IPC false cases are filed against me and my mother and brother.. cases are filed in hyderabad,our conjugal home was Tirupathi(A.P.).my mother and brother are staying in Bangalore.. Can I Quash the FIR under 482 crpc in high court.in charge sheet they put all fake allegations on me and my family..we can prove that all are fake allegations,we have some proofs according to chargesheet

yes you can file a Quash petition at high court of Telangana and simultaneously you need to take steps against your wife. so I suggest you to file a Quash Petiton at Hugh court of Telangana. initially the high court will grant stay in favour of your mother and mostly your brother.
