Can I put a dowry case in Chennai and a divorce case at the city I got
17-Apr-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I got married in a different city.
But My lawyer and my in-laws are in Chennai.
They have my dowry and my jewelry and are refusing to give it back even after I asked it from them multiple times.
My lawyer did send a divorce notice for marriage annulment because my husband and I never consummated a marriage due to his medical impotency.
Can I file for dowry harassment and domestic violence in Chennai separately and then proceed with my divorce in the other city?
Can we make 2 separate case?
