Can I go abroad for studies while the divorce is pending

I am separated from my husband for the past 10 months. I want to go abroad for my higher studies. Neither of us has filed for a divorce. If my husband files for a divorce in the future, when I am abroad will it affect my Visa and studies?

If you are not appeared in the court, court will decide the case expartee. So both of you will get divorce. If you want to contest the case, before going to abroad give a power of attorney in favor of your relative to contest the case. Your PA can contest the case. Pending or future divorce petition is not a hurdle for going abroad. Legally no consequences against your visa or passport
