Can I go abroad for a Research Job amid the498a Case pending in court

My wife has filed a false 498a case against me and my family. I applied for a research job and I got selected. It has a tenure of 1.5 years. The charge sheet has not been submitted to the court but it has been completed. Can I go abroad for the Job.

I need to know some certain facts about your case filed by your wife against you and your family. You can go if your passport and visa is ready. Some legal formality you need to do before leaving the country otherwise it may create some mess in your life.
