Can I get married again Without Divorce

Can I get married again without getting a divorce for the marriage done in Arya Samaj which is not resister.
Well, Marriage done before the Arya Samaj has no legal validity until you register such Marriage with the Registrar of Marriages, however, it doesn't not mean, that, you can marry someone else without registering your Arya Samaj Marriage, if you do so, your other Partner may file a case upon you of Bigamy which is a punishable offence and you may have to face Jail.

The marriage of any form is binding on both the parties
You need to have consent of the partner for second marriage and you cannot marry while your partner is alive and marriage is not dissolved by divorce
File a divorce and you can marry again after that

No you can’t get re married.
Firstly you will have to get annulment of your first marriage from the Court.
Upon receipt of the same, you can remarry.
Failing to do so will carry a severe legal risk as subsequent marriage will be null and void if previous marriage is not dissolved.
