Can i get divorce on the bases of fraud from wife and not pay alimony

I have been married for 2 and half years now. my wife made marriage on the bases of fraud. she told me that she is 1and half year elder then me, but she is 10 year old. Now I'm 30Years old and she is 40+ when i Asking about her educational document she told me that all are misplaced when all this fraud raveled. she make dispute in family and blamed my family member instead of me. she is not living with me last 6 month. she does not want kids. can I take divorce my wife on grounds of fraud . What is the procedure for doing the same? , I do not want to pay alimony, is it possible.

Dear client, these are not ground for divorce mentioned in Hindu marriage act but as she is not staying with you can be ground for divorce I.e. desertion and another ground u may take of cruelty. But mind u have to prove those in court. So before proceeding u must do full home work in expert guidance. For brief u may call me

You can file a divorce petition on the groun of cruelty deprivation coupled with playing calculated fraud and that of misleading statements by you r wife and your inlaws and it wont be possible to avoid alimony

Hi. You have the option of filing divorce on various ground. The best suitable ground has to be discussed at length. There is a possibility that you might get away without paying the alimony but for that as well there are alot of factual things which have to be discussed and looked into.
