Can I get a divorce on the ground of impotency of my husband

I hav been marid since 2 yrs.my hus had a history of erectile dysfunction andhe hide his impotency and got maried.. aftr 1year we went to consult an urologist and i have the report wth me stated dat he has erectile dysfunction along with low testosterone levl and structrl defects( bil smal testis).. even if he is havn dis prblm, i want to stay wth him as i thought love ismore importnt dan anythng else..but; my inlaws treated me very badly by saying dat the problm is bcz of me and their son doesnt had any prblm.. and they suport the drnkn and smokng habits of my hus saying dat,boys drinks and smokes usually,its not a big issue..also dey made prblm for me bcz i spend some days with my father bcz he got a heart atack and i need to take care of him. But my inlaws are saying dat once married, the grl belongs to them and she shud stay wth the husbands family and i did a big mistake dat i stayd wth my father for some days..dey insultd me and my parnts.nd i dnt wana cntnue dis realtnshp...Can i get Divorse on the ground of impotency

You will get divorce in much ease on the case u said above. But do think twice as u said the life just started 2 years back. There will be issues when a person walks into another environment n u were even ready to cope up with the situation even if it was totally hostile to u in every aspect. Still u were ready to fight back. My suggestion is that a proper counselling may make things lighter. do meet a family lawyer and arrange a counselling. Divorce is entirely favoring you since u can prove that the disorder persisted even before marriage. impotency is a ground for divorce and the same amounts to cruelty too in ur case. meet ur lawyer. But think twice before taking a proper decission
