Can I filed for a dv case even after husband filled for a divorce case

My separation period is 2& 1/2 yrs...I have filled a maintenance 125 CRP & a 498A since 1&1/2 yrs..now husband filled a divorce case ..can I filed for a Domestic violence case against them now..what consequences ll arise

Yes definitely you can file a domestic violence case against your husband. There is absolutely no restriction in filing a domestic violence case during the subjudice of other cases. But the relief which you would get in that case can be less or more dep nding upon the circumstances. You can fight out 125 crpc, dv act, 498-A, and Divorce case alltogether.
