Can I file sec21b now after my divorce filed by me

My filed sec9 and I filed sec13 1 ia both filed two years back. District Court counseling failed. No kids. Submitted Counter files. Cross examination yet to start but delaying by her lawyer. Can I file sec21b to the court now? Because my age is 35 now. We both job holders. I want to divorce because she and her family doing emotional cheating from day1 of our marriage. We spent together only 3 weeks.
Definetly we can opt for speedy trial and get the case disposed as fast as possible. The reason for the delay should be cited and that there is no fault from our side. Petition can be filed. The case can be disposed of expeditiously.
