Can i file perjury based on false statements in DV application

I have DV case filed against me along with divorce petition. DV application include all lies of wife. Can we file perjury based on application statement.?

Perjury can be filed only if you have evidences to prove that statement made by one party is false and untrue. Unless you dont have such evidences court would not even entertain your application.
