Can I file Nullity/Void marriage against my husband ? married 5 months

Marriage on 15 july 2024,My husband before marriage lied about his behaviour as He is very calm person and matured and will be supportive. and he agreed to some of my conditions before marriage.But post marriage I can see a different person who is very aggressive and touches my private pars without my consent when im unconscious and fights all the time.
on these bases can I go for nullity on fraud or file for divorce ??
On the arrogance base you can not file for nullity of marriage. If he is having any relationship then you can go for nullity of marriage. Only on this ground difficult to win the case. If you need more advice please contact me.

Dear Sir,
Your grounds for nullity of marriage is insufficient you cannot establish your case. Normally, divorce cannot be filed within one year of marriage except there are exceptional grounds like your husband had first wife or in he is suffering from abnormal medical ailments and not on behavioural grounds.
