Can I file Nullity/Void marriage against my husband ?

My husband before marriage lied about his behaviour as He is very calm person and matured and will be supportive. and he agreed to some of my conditions before marriage.But post marriage I can see a different person who is very aggressive and touches my private pars without my consent when im unconscious and fights all the time.
I understand your questions so now you want to file a nulity if marriage right. your question you are not mentioned marriage date as per law you have to file a nullity of marriage under hindu marriage act five conditions are their under section 12 of hindu marriage Act . with in year you have chance to file a nulity of marriage most one is marriage is not consumation on that time you have to right to file a nulity of marriage.

Dear Sir,
Your grounds for nullity of marriage is insufficient you cannot establish your case. Normally, divorce cannot be filed within one year of marriage except there are exceptional grounds like your husband had first wife or in he is suffering from abnormal medical ailments and not on behavioural grounds.
