Can I file for mutual divorce when my husband also wants to stay away

Can you pls guide me what can i do, my husband is not staying with me, infact I have 2 daughter, I,m looking after them, I have one letter of my husband in that he had wrote that he dont want to stay with us and don't want to stay with us.so can i file for mutual petiton

You can file for mutual consent divorce if your husband is ready for it. You husband does not want to stay with you, does not implies that he wants divorce by mutual consent so speak to him and if he is willing then Petition can be filed in family court or concerned civil court on the basis of jurisdiction.

no you cant
but you can file divorce petition on ground of dissertation from more tan 2 years . your husband letter is very good reason & proof for you . court definitely given you divorce within few month from filing petition
