Can I file for maintenance after getting divorce

My husband had extra marital affairs and I received all the evidence of his mails and chat but due to emotional threat I applied for mutual divorce and received order from court.. but now he refusing to pay maintenance for my daughter.. is it possible to produce the evidence which I have against him and get alimony and punishment for him and his mother
Yes u can dissolve the previous order and file DVC against your husband
The the maintenance for which amount ..! And it will ordered..! in previous divorce order or
U both of them get a mutual understanding of that maintenance..!

Before you got divorce without any maintenance order or not filing on behalf of your side.
still have a chances under BNSS Hindu Marriage Act. In case your married with another guy after got divorce you are not fit for file a maintenance case.
Still you are single parent with your daughter you are legally file a Maintenance case against him before a court.
