Can i file divorce in india, if Married in us?

We are indians and green card holders in usa. married in usa and I wanted apply divorce in india. Can i do that? we are in us for 8years and never travelled to india. nand can i apply without travelling to india? nIf my spouse files in us, can i defend with indian divorce case. nI m nt interested to apply and fight in USnni would like to hire some one upon best advice. nnPriority high and immediate

hi brother whenever you are marriage was so longest at United States liable to that jue reduction only when you are one of spouse filed divorce petition at United States you can approach Indian jurisdiction when you stay in India
