Yes, you can file a cheating case now. Concealment of your husband’s impotency and aggressive behaviour before marriage amounts to fraud and misrepresentation under IPC Sec. 417/420, and demanding money to repay family loans attracts dowry harassment under Sec. 498A IPC and Dowry Prohibition Act. Since you separated within months of marriage, your delay does not bar filing if you can show continuous suffering and concealment. Gather medical records, messages, and witnesses to support your claim. Contact me for further guidance.

You can file immediately for annulment/divorce citing fraud ( concealment of impotency)and cruelty. Also lodge Criminal cases under IPC 420 and 498A. Do not pay his loans . Engage a lawyer and seek maintenance under CrPC . Act fast and keep all proof / messages safe.
