Can I file 376 for denying our marriage n cheating me

Respected Sir, I was widow. Man who was bachelor n younger than me came in my life and he wanted to marry me, forced to marry, nI married according to arya samaj, our marriage was not disclosed after 3 year he was in a relationship with a girl. He wanted to marry her and he started denying our marriage. I filed a declaration suit in court, his lawyer denied all saying photography are fabricated, and we are not husband n wife, can I file a 376 cheating on me

what happened to the declaration suit ? Is it over or still panding. ? Don't you have copy of fotos or Arya Samaj Register & Witnesses ? If you have, you can also file a criminal Case agaist him including IPC 376.
