Can I Enter My Husband's House If Living Seperately For More Than 2 Yr

Actually my frst hearing for mutual divorce was on 3 November 2018 nd second hearing was on ,4 November 2020. But due to certain reasons my divorce got pending and now the final hearing is on 19 November 2020. I wanna withdraw the case. After withdrawing the case can I enter his house?

yes you may. you are the legally wedded wife of your husband and in light of the same, you have residence rights to your matrimonial home which is your husband's home. if your husband does not allow you to stay with him, you may proceed legally against him and stay with him.

Yes you can enter the house of in laws. It is your right to live their. In case they dont allow you to enter, you may initiate legal action against the in laws through a lawyer. In a recent judgment supreme court had held that daughter in law is entitled for right to residence at in laws house
