Can I do Live In with a woman who has submitted First Divorce Petition

I am divorced for 2 months and I would like to live in with a woman who has submitted First petition for divorce, however, final petition is yet to come and took time. The woman has already had 498 case against her husband 5 years back and stayed with husband after that because her son was 13 years old that time. Now her son is above 18 years and her husband is having multiple relationship she came to know. So, she left her house and now would like to stay with me into a Live in relationship

Dear queriest, yes you can stay with her there is no such obligations if the case is on and she cannot stay with her own choice, so it's upto her choice whether she wants to stay alone or with anyone of her choice. for more information about the same kindly call me.

Well, if this Woman wants to stay with you as your Live in Partner, make sure, that, you enter into a Contract with her. She has to clearly state in that contract, that, in the upcoming days, if Court doesn't grant her either Maintenance or Alimony on discovering that she is staying as your Livin Partner, then, she cannot held you liable for it.
