Can I divorce my husband even if he is not ready for it?

My husband has thrown me out of the house three months back and now I have filed domesstic violence case in court as well as dowry case in police station against my husband and now I am going to file divorce case also.As 1 year is completed.But my husband donot want to give me divorce as he is saying I am not marriage material kind of boy,I want to live alone and will make you suffer by not giving divorce.I want to ask can I get divorce without my husband's wish.(as he donot want to take me back with him and also donot want to give divorce,he just want to live Judicially separated)But I WANT DIVORCE.please tell me ..Can I get divorce?and how much time divorce will take without mutual consent?
I have read your query, your husband do not want to live with you on this ground you can take divorce from your husband, no one can tell you how much time it will take but you can file for divorce even if your husband don't want to give , you have to take certain grounds in your divorce petition.

You can get divorce by proving cruelty, harassment from his side. You have to prove how much mental harassment and torture face by you. But facts of divorce petition shoud likely to be similar with domestic violence . Try to get 498-a case file against him by pressing dowry complaint. Also file petition for maitance.
