Can I convert to muslim to marry another girl without giving divorce

I am Hindu and married. My wife don't want to give me mutual consent divorce. Whereas we living separately in my house only. She is not making food for me nore cleaning my clothes and room nor cohibited for more than one year. My wife along with her father had carried all jewellery from bank locker to her maternal home and bringing back jewellery which include mine, my mother jewellery also. Now if change my religion to muslim and after changing religion can i marry to a muslim girl for living. Is law permit for that without divorce to first wife?
