Well, if you guys are ready to seek Mutual Divorce, you can make an Agreement to end your Marriage with terms and conditions on which you guys are agreeing, such points on which one party is not agreeing can act as hindrance in seeking Mutual Divorce from each other.

In India, the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, governs the divorce of Hindu couples, and the Special Marriage Act, 1954 governs the divorce of couples married under special marriage act. The court will generally consider a variety of factors, including the length of the marriage, the income and earning potential of each party, and any contributions made by each party to the marriage. In some cases, the court may order the husband to pay a certain amount to the wife as compensation for the expenses incurred by her during the marriage. It is important to consult with a lawyer for specific advice on the laws of your jurisdiction and the best way to approach the division of assets and liabilities in your particular case.
