Can I claim alimony if it's mutual divorce ? If yes how much ?

I and my husband married on 5 Feb 2022 .... Since October 21st 2022 we are living separately due to my medical condition on 21 may 2023 family discussion happened and we finally decided on divorce can I claim alimony if yes how much

Yes you may claim alimony in your mutual divorce petition. There is no limit for claiming the alimony you have to mutually agree for the alimony amount amongst both of you and same has to be mentioned in the mutual consent divorce petition.

Yes you can claim alimony from your husband even if it is a mutual Divorce. However, if it is mutual Divorce, you have to mutually decide the amount of alimony amongst yourselves which should be reasonable for both of you. You can claim any amount that is reasonable for him and suffice your lifestyle and status. Once the alimony amount is decided, we can write the same in the consent terms and accordingly file the mutual Divorce Petition.

Yes you can claim alimony. As you both decided for Divorce, file Mutual Consent Divorce Petition and decide mutually for permanent alimony amount. How much? Answer to it is - it's totally depends on husband's capacity.
