Can I be punished for having experimented with weed in past?

22-Feb-2024 (In Divorce Law)
My wife is threatening to file false dowry, DV cases against me. She is also claiming I smoke weed and I possess weed. I have experimented with weed in past, a couple of years ago. I had some weed hidden in home but I am not a regular smoker. I threw that out when we started living together after marriage. I don't think she has any photographic proof of any of it. Can I be punished if she claims this or if she has a photograph of 50gms or less weed in my house or a photograph of me smoking?

Dear Sir, As on today if you have no weed in her house you did not worry. Just deny all the statements of your wife and get issue a legal notice to continue married life and if she left your house file a petition for Restitution of Conjugal rights otherwise she may file different cases as proposed by her.
