Can I ask time required for submitting the counter for petitioned filed. Already I asked three times to submit my counter. Is there any time limit? how it impact not submitting the counter and keep on asking multiple times to submit my counter?

If you don't submit.. it may go against you.. so you need to submit for sure.. but if it is not ready u can request to court once again for the time.. court may allow you time by imposing some Cost .so prepare your Counter for the petition and submit it .
