Can I ask for any share in my in laws property after property?

My Inlaws are torturing me and asking me to leave the house. I have two children. we have one house in my mother in law's name. Can I ask for any share in my in laws property?
Yes, you can ask for that if it will fall in your husbands share, earned by him or willed to him or it is ancestral property. Your children too have right in thar property. Further you can claim maintenance too. Hope, I ans ur question.
