Unfortunately, no. You cannot travel abroad as you are bound by the bail bonds furnished in the trial Court. However there is a way out even if the proceedings before Hon'ble High Court and trial court are pending. You should consult your advocate who's dealing with your cases.

Do seek a detailed legal Consultation from a lawyer having expertise in matrimonial matters. Do get the order of the High Court and Judicial papers of the district court legally perused and seek advise. You can move aboard subject to advise being tendered by the lawyer Only.

yes you can , If there is any pending case against you , you can take non objection certificate from the court.
it is very easy and simple to get NOC from the court. you will be permitted by court to make your career in abroad. Many of the persons who applied get NoC and working in abroad

Given that the High Court has put a stay on the FIR for now, this is a positive development. Generally, having a stay on the FIR may reduce complications with international travel, but it is still essential to proceed carefully.

In cases like yours, it’s advisable to check with the court or seek formal permission to travel abroad while the case is pending. This can help ensure that there are no issues or misunderstandings in the future, especially if the case is still ongoing when you’re abroad.

It would be best to file a formal application for permission to travel abroad, explaining the job opportunity and outlining your intent to comply with any legal proceedings. Our office can help prepare and submit the application if you’d like assistance with this.
