Can I apply for government job if a domestic violence case is filed.

MY age is 21 and under domestic violence case mine and my mother name has been registered. This case has been filed from side of my maternal aunt against whole family but me and my mother live seprate so my question is am I eligible to fill government job form or should I forget about government job as my name has came in court case.

You can go for the govt job ,but it is advisable to get the case quashed from high court under the provisions of 482 CRPC otherwise in future it could cause problems for u specially if FIR has been registered against u under 498A etc.
